When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page for estimated shipping timelines.
What is your return policy for music and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that physical media such as CDs, Vinyl, and Cassettes must be unopened and in their original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our official merchandise and music globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the shipping process begins. Once an order has been processed for shipment or the digital component has been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled.
What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging to arrange a replacement.
